boy) for that matter would not swoon over a Tardis wedding ring? Seriously this is a really super cool item, and kinda sweet.
If he is planning on going into business, we know a couple hundred people that would really dig the thing. But in the meantime this looks like a one off piece so hopefully he is aiming this bad boy at the highest bidder because it really does look simply awesome.
